Mar. 3, 4 - We have an early supper. Getting back down to our tour bus is an ugly free for all with carnival participants and everyone trying to take the same free buses as all of us tourists. Horrible! Back to our tour bus finally and on our way back to the ferry. We take our gravol pills again and feel quite ready for a snooze on the way back. No such luck. It is a very rough sea and we are all as sick as dogs. Finally back to our hotel by about 1:00 am. We spend the next day getting settled after the Sicilian adventure. The news on CNN is as rough as the boat ride. US and UK are threatening to invade Iraq. I am worried about flights home if this should happen.
Mar. 5 - Down to Valletta to check with Air Malta about going to Naples/Pompei. Do some shopping, and
stopped at a travel agent -- they can arrange airfare and a hotel.
