2003 - February 24 to March 17th. - Malta, Gozo, Sicily, Pompei, Naples
Page 14 – Valletta, St. John's Co-Cathedral, referrendum to join EU.
Mar. 9, 10, 11 - Lunch at Spinola Bay on the 9th. The Maltese have voted to join the EU and are celebrating. I spend some time in the internet cafe downstairs. On the 10th we go into Valletta to see the Co-Cathedral. Its awesome. On the 11th we walk to St. George's Bay just around the corner from St. Julian's which is the area our hotel is located in. Spend the day reading, computer and getting ready for our trip to Naples/Pompei.
