| February is flower count month in Victoria. The crocuses, daffodils, snowdrops, hellebores, and many others are blooming. The blooms are counted (estimated) by each person and the totals forwarded to the Times Colonist where the counts are totalled to find that we are AGAIN the best bloomin' city in Canada. |
