Campanula raineri. It is evergreen. Basal leaves greyish, ovate to obovate, remotely serrate, almost stalkless.
Stem leaves narrower, crenate-serrate. Flowers erect, broadly funnel-shaped with rounded lobes, mid-blue.
This may be a raineri without the greyish leaves.
